Weather: Mostly cloudy and cool with some light and heavy showers, stopped just in time for the show on Friday. Mostly overcast with moderately high wind gusts, with partial sun midday on Saturday. Sunny with a cool breeze on Sunday.

Conclave Service Project: In 2025, Section E9 partnered with Women Giving Back (WGB) by donating diapers and baby wipes. This drive was our heartfelt way to support thousands of mothers by providing two of the most essential items that remain a financial strain on many families.  At Conclave, attendees assisted in sorting all donations by intended age group and size, then packaged them for delivery. The annual patch auctions, as well as registration donations, were also hugely successful and collectively raised over $2,400 that will be sent to the Women Giving Back (WGB) organization.

Notes:  On the Sunday morning of conclave, John Donat officially stepped down as the Section E9 Adviser after serving 5 years advising 6 section chiefs. A plaque was presented to John during the Saturday night show by 3 of his past section chiefs, including a keynote speech given by Eli Hattersly (2021-2022 E9 Section Chief), honoring John’s service. AJ Kelly assumed the role of Section Adviser, and Kaden Stenger assumed the role of Associate Section Adviser on Sunday morning. In addition to the national chief, current and immediate past section officers from 6 sections outside of E9 also attended the 2025 Conclave.
