E9 Conclaves are traditionally held on the weekend in April that includes the last Saturday of the month.

*This rotation reflects an alteration made by the SR-7A Council of Chiefs in February of 2021 to accommodate a request by Shenandoah Lodge #258 to be the service lodge in 2022, as the 2020 Conclave was canceled. Tutelo #161, who was originally planned to host in 2022, and the rest of the Council of Chiefs agreed to push their service year back by one to accommodate Shenandoah #258’s request. The above six lodge rotation pattern from 2023 and on will remain in effect unless altered in the future by the Council of Chiefs.
