To order items, follow the directions on the Conclave Registration page. You may order while you are registering for Conclave, or if you’re not attending, you may set up a trading post-only account. At this time, merchandise pre-ordering is only available to members of E9’s six lodges and registered conclave guests. Reach out to support@oae9.org if you have any questions. The Conclave Participation Patch, included in registration, is similar to the below Conclave Patch except it has an added pocket loop. The Conclave T-Shirt is not included in registration.

Any pre-ordered memorabilia not collected on-site at Conclave will be made available at your next lodge event. Please reach out to your lodge leadership for more information.

To only pre-order memorabilia, you’ll need to select the “No, I’m just ordering memorabilia today” option at conclave.oae9.org if you’re already registered for Conclave. Drawing entries are available for purchase, with proceeds helping to keep Conclave affordable and support Section E9 year-round.
